What this website collects

This website does not use cookies, analytics, advertising or tracking tools, and it does not ask you to create an account. The fonts and images are served from this website itself, so loading a page does not send requests to third-party services.

To remember that you have acknowledged the Bar Council of India notice, your browser keeps a single flag in its session storage. It never leaves your device and is erased when you close the browser tab.

The consultation form

The form on the contact page does not send anything to this website. It composes an email in your own mail application, which you can review before deciding whether to send it. Nothing you type into the form is stored on this website.

If you write to the practice at tenaliramaadvocate@yahoo.co.in, or telephone it, the information you share is used only to respond to you and is held in confidence. Please avoid sending sensitive case documents until an engagement is confirmed.

Hosting

The website is hosted on Vercel. As with any web host, its servers process technical information such as your IP address and browser type in order to deliver pages and protect the service from abuse.

Links to other websites

Judgment summaries link to their public sources, and the contact page links to Google Maps. Those websites have their own privacy practices, which this policy does not cover.
