How this website is written.
The standards behind the judgment summaries and the information about the practice published here.
How judgment summaries are written
Every summary in the judgment archive is drawn solely from the published text of the judgment or order. It records the legal issue, the position advanced and what the court held, and nothing the judgment does not itself record.
Where the judgment names counsel, that line is reproduced verbatim. Each entry links to the public source of the full judgment, so any summary can be checked against the record.
Sources for the practice and its founder
Details about the practice and its founder are drawn from the practice’s own website (2010–2024, preserved by the Internet Archive) and the advocate’s public professional profiles, and are corroborated by the judgments linked throughout this site.
Where a detail could not be verified from those sources, it is left out rather than estimated.
What this website does not publish
In keeping with the rules of the Bar Council of India, this website does not publish testimonials, ratings, fee offers or claims of success. Past outcomes are presented only as public records, and they do not guarantee future results.
Nothing on this website is legal advice. Every matter turns on its own facts, and readers should obtain advice for their own circumstances.
